Returns

• You may return any eligible item purchased from BhagVaalay EPL within 15 days of the purchase date for a full refund or exchange.

• Returned items must be unused, in their original condition and in the original packaging. Please ensure that all tags, labels, and accessories are intact.

Refunds

• Once your returned item is received and inspected, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
• If your return is approved, a refund will be processed to the original method of payment within 7-15 business days.
• Shipping and handling charges are non-refundable, unless the return is due to a defect in the product or an error on our part.
